In the Taken movie franchise, there is a now-iconic scene in which star Liam Neeson makes a harrowing threat to the captors on the other line. There have been memes aplenty of this threat, but instead of making fun of it, one man decided to use it to his advantage.

All parents have been annoyed by their kids’ strange inability to maintain a sense of cleanliness, and Redditor Labuzan is no different. This dad has seemingly been overwhelmed by his teenagers and their lack of dishwasher use, and so decided to bring out the big guns. He put up a post titled “My teenagers refuse to put their dishes in the dishwasher. So I put this above the sink.”

If you clean up your own kitchen mess, that’ll be the end of it. I will not look for you. I will not pursue you. But if you don’t, I will look for you. I will find you. AND I WILL DISCONNECT YOU.” Threatening teens with a lack of internet is a great move by a savvy dad, but just in case people thought his kids were villainous animals, he dropped this comment to highlight the reality of the situation *foul language*:

My youngest has a 3.95 GPA in all IB classes and picked up a summer job for 30 hours a week. With it comes to the ‘big rocks’ in life, they are squared away. “They’re just fucking slobs.” Well put, sir.
